Overview:
Wix’s Account Management department needed a centralized internal platform to support teams with consistent access to training, resources, and strategic information. Prior to this project, critical materials were spread across multiple teams and tools, creating fragmentation and inefficiencies.
This platform was designed to unify all account-management resources into a single, intuitive hub.
The Problem:
• Resources were siloed across teams and platforms
• No single source of truth for training, roadmaps, or internal links
• Inconsistent onboarding and enablement experience
• Time lost searching for information
The Solution:
• Training and enablement materials
• Product roadmaps and updates
• Internal tools, documentation, and shared links
• Department-wide insights and announcements
The design prioritized clarity, scalability, and intuitive navigation to support both new hires and experienced team members.
Outcome:
